        Dear Bank of America 3 atms is not a bank. The world did not end due to Covid . Put your employs back to work. Your customers are not happy you have our money and we cant access it.

        Long wait times and the dont accept cash deposits for personal accounts. I had to get a money order and pay more for it just to deposit money.

        Had the best customer service from Ana Zapata. I had call on the phone to make an appointment and she was so nice and in person she quickly acknowledged me and helped me right away. She did an amazing job thank you.
