Duncan Home Construction build our dream/retirement home near Carrabelle, FL and we could not be happier with their work! They were so easy to work with and David Duncan had some great ideas to make our home even better. We would recommend them to anyone needing construction work done! David, Jo, and Carlton were super helpful and friendly.

After many years of planning and talking with many with regard to building our retirement dream home in 2019, we went with DHC as our contractor. There are many things we loved about the experience and the outcome and many other things, not even satisfactory which makes the additional $18k +/- out of pocket expenses really hard to feel good about. Perhaps things would have turned out better if David had more time to oversee and inspect the progress but he had many projects going on at the same time. Not exactly sure the reason, but some results are a "C" at best.

This company is the best! I am a realtor and I have worked with a lot of builders over the past 20+ years. David Duncan and his crew are by far the best. Their attention to detail, communication skills and craftsmanship are impeccable! I would highly recommend him as a builder. My husband and I were under contract with two other builders and had the worst experiences any one could have. We gave them their start up money and then they disappeared. After weeks turning into months we we're able to get out of the contracts and some of our money back. It was hell and such an upsetting set back on both instances. Finally! Thank God for David! He has restored our faith in builders! He hit the ground running as soon as we closed and he got the start up money. We expect to be in our home by June/July. We can't wait.
