Unit SH 450 is excellent! Beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. Very well-appointed and updated. Also had games, beach toys, etc for us to use, which was a very nice and unexpected touch! Be sure to book this unit when you stay at Summerhouse!

Not sure why this has 2 locations on Google for the same place. 🧐 I’ll duplicate my review. Destiny and Dianna in the front office deserve this shoutout! Thanks for being so helpful! 5 stars for them. Cons: The only major complaint I have is the mail room system. I don’t think it’s smart for package drops to be left randomly on top of the mailboxes in the room. Anyone can take whatever they want. My spouse has worked with the postal service both civilian and military for 25 years and he was like “wow 😳”. Hopefully people do unto others as they want done to them. No real system there. Should have: parcel lockers, someone at office sign for packages or dropped at my door. It definitely is something the place should look into having a better system. Also, you can only access your mail from 9a-5p which is super inconvenient. The pool closing at dusk - big thumbs down. Sometimes quiet mature adults like a night swim. Tennis courts closing at a specific time is a bummer, too. Pros: Oceanfront 24/7 big thumbs up. I can’t believe there is no one out there at night!! I go for nightly walks and rarely see anyone. Beautifully landscaped. Good parking. Clean trash areas. Lights on boardwalks to beach. Showers at each boardwalk. Resident gopher turtles. Cool frogs. Beautiful sunrises. I won’t rate the specific unit as I don’t think any pros/cons I have would be for Summerhouse but rather the owner of said unit. Not sure how often pest control is done but they do have giant roaches. The main entrance door isn’t sealed. I’d stay here again in a different unit.
