Poor customer service! Long story short I withdrew my kids back in December and was told I didn't owe anything and now they are just getting in touch with me saying I owe them money when I have receipts stating I paid everything. Somehow they managed to mix my account with another parent with the same name as me and added their payment to my account but I never received anything stating there was a mistake and like I said I was told the day I withdrew my kids I DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING. After exchanging emails/calls about the situation I stated I needed to talk to the kids father about this and do more research because none of this makes sense to me. Apparently Mallory the owner didn't like that I said I wanted to go over things with the father and gather up all the info I can so she threatened me by changing my due date for payment to this Friday or else, just because she didn't like what I said. Everything was fine while my kids were going there but they go and mess things up and mix accounts together and then months later want to call me being rude and expecting payment without actual proof of owing anything and I have the proof I did. All in all no matter the situation you just don't treat the customer/clients that way. She was very disrespectful.

When I went there a couple months ago long story short they made sure we ate we feeling good and making every kid enjoy every second there also there place is spotless my little sister learned so much there u am so happy they go there
