Called to get estimates and they cancelled our appt twice and rescheduled both times. Gave them a 3rd chance. The guy texted 2 hrs before our appt and said he's running early. I said I can't be home till our time we agreed on and he never replied back and never showed up to the house. Never heard a call back from them either. Guess the business is blossoming so much that they don't need customers.

Horrible experience. Over-Priced and below average work. Owner is a clown.

Pool not complete, they don't pay the sub-contractors, hard to find people to do the work. When you email your concerns you don't get replies right away and when you do get a reply all questions are not addressed. Timelines NOT met. He's very quick to ask for money and come get paid, but where does the money go if not to pay the sub-contractors?? I just want my pool completed, and completed correctly! Looking for resolution!!!! (my last name is Byrd) as I know when the owner sees this review he will say that he has no one by this name....
