        I waited for over 40 mins for someone to acknowledge me when I advised that all the self service machines were not working. The kiosk displayed, "the kiosk screen is unable to connect to the device. Check to be sure the device is powered on. If the problem persists, please ask for assistance." It took over 30 mins for someone to come over after stating the issue. Then the associate had no clue how to.work the machine. This is the worst office depot. Skip this location. Incompetent staff.

        It’s the weekend before back to school so I expected them to busy but they really need to reconsider their efficiency processes. Also if your store does not have the capacity to provide online orders at the time designated you should not be able to place online orders. I ordered ONE poster from them at 9am for a 6:30pm pickup. When I walked in at 7:00pm the poster was not printed, I attempted to call beforehand to get an update & no one was able to give me an update. It’s now 8:00pm and I am standing here as the store closes waiting for ONE poster. If you have the time to go somewhere else I would suggest doing so. The staff is friendly & helpful but they really need to work on their efficiency because this makes no sense.
