How dare this corporation go through all the steps to file bankruptcy without any mention to their customers! 13 dresses for my wedding were purchased, paid fully, through them (THIRTEEN!!!) and as of Friday, 5 still unaccounted for. Thousands of dollars, tons of added stress, not much time to find replacements. There were 2 other brides there with me Friday trying to recover their dresses for weddings coming up in the next 3 weeks!!! Just a classless way to handle it. Supposedly the remaining dresses will be mailed, but zero way to track that at this point and no time to waste on hopes they'll do the right thing.

Marcello helped me out. He listened to what I wanted and pulled my dream dress off the rack. I loved it!! He was very personable and new his stuff. :)

I can't even begin how incredible both Ovidia and Mariana have been! I had a certain vision of what I wanted my dress to look like and when they couldn't find something to match, Ovidia basically pulled out her magic wand bringing Mariana to the picture where she began to paint me a visual of getting my dress custom made. She never at any point gave up on what I wanted and went above and beyond. If your having trouble finding your dress, ask for both of these ladies. They will make your dream dress come true!

I had an amazing experience great customer service and I appreciate the ideas the consultants gave to me and how they helped to coordinate my special day! I'd recommend them to everyone. They may be pricey but you get what you pay for!
