This is how they left my car. Parked in the WRONG neighborhood, crooked & damaged my oil panel. We had to get it towed again but instead to a mechanic shop... I've tried constantly calling to reach the owner and no response. The driver was rude & nasty and kept yelling at me. What if it was late at night & I didn't see the oil & started my car with my children inside.... this was not safe & unacceptable.

I have never had someone so mean & unprofessional in my life. The guy who was taking care of my car was awful. For example, we were told we wouldnt have to stay with our vehicle once being picked up so we left. All of a sudden the worker calls me literally having the worst attitude asking me why Im not with my car. I told him they said i dont have to be there & he told me i had no common sense! I ended up driving 15 mins back to my car to meet him & he left without even telling me. Triple A assigned me a new person & it was him again. He got there, took my car and left. 3 hours later i call to ask him where my car is, he says he has a picture of it at the location. I asked him to send me the picture bc i cant find my car & he yells at me to stop talking bc he did the job.. turns out he parked it in a random neighborhood & ended damaging my car. All my oil had spilled out & my front bumper is hanging.i was so nice & calm but Ive never worked with someone so mean before.

The dispatcher was cool and everything, but the driver act like it was my fault the car was in snow. Acting like he ain't know what he signed up for. And then going ask for a tip. Funny dude tho, but need to fix his attitude when dealing with customers. The company did come through quickly, and when I needed them. In snow and all so kudos for that.
