TrashTax should be the name of their product.
Almost 30 years in business and STILL can't make it work:
stubbornly trying to do the same thing and failing - sign of
utterly poor design.
But most likely
- the clear sign of lack of competition
and
- inadequate competencies at the management level.
Wish we can offer the reader a remedy ...
