I completed a Mid Certification on February 9 it is now March 27 I haven't received my food stamps. I turned in all the proper paperwork and the worker put someone else's information in my case this caused a delay, but the reason I haven't received my food stamps I was told is because of a system IT issue. I have been calling the customer service number since March 9 2017. I cant understand how you can make a family that depends on this program for food to be without because of a system error, this is completely unacceptable. They don't offer temporary food stamps or anything. They give you a number to a food bank and send you on your way. The Fort Davis Center is understaffed and the staff is poorly trained. They need to be held accountable for situations like this. The supervisors are of no assistance this is terrible.
