We were disappointed as we didn't get what we have expected from them. The company's core values are written nicely, same with their core approach to their services. All of those were just done for the writing but aren't done in reality.

Don't work here unless you have no other option. CEO is unprofessional, manipulative and lacks knowledge in this business. He also lacks the social skills to appropriately interact with his own employees. The pay is dreadful and I was underpaid every time I was paid and benefits are not enough compared to other companies nearby. It has an extremely high employee turnover rate, more than 50% in the past year.

This company never learns. It's been a while but management still hasn't stop delaying their employees' salaries. Management seems to not care about their employees and view them as dispensable. This is why the employee turnover rate is so high. This company has no leader because managers here do not know how to properly lead people. Do not work here.

Just like many other companies, the management blames employees for its failures. You need to have a strong ability to take on the blame for someone else if you wish to work here.
