Shread Ace is the best! They are prompt, professional and make you feel like you are more than just money. We used Shred-IT for years and they just became overpriced and the customer service was aweful. I shopped around and was sold when I spoke with the guys at Shred Ace. They have great prices and great customer service. Also, you don't have to wait weeks just to try and get them to come out.

We obtained the services of Shred Ace back in 2010. Their prices and professional practices in their handling of materials to be shred were far above the standard of other services we researched. Shred Ace has proven to be exemplary in their professionalism and dependability. At a moment's notice, they change the plan (i.e., change the number of pickups per month) to suit whatever need arises. At the end of last year, our office moved locations. Shred Ace made additional visits to our office as requested, and the transition from the old office to the new office was seamless. Always friendly, always professional, and always on time. They're excellent!

Everything about working with the Shred Ace team has been easy! I work for a local business and was tasked with finding a company to handle our shredding needs. From the first call to them a few years ago through our pick-up last week, their team has been easy to work with, helpful, and patient with our company needs. I can't recommend them highly enough.
