Bad smell in the restaurant, food to-go took a long time to come, even if the place was almost empty and the 10 employees were chatting together. The only one actively working there was the one from the kitchen. who had to come out to fix us our to-go bag.

Extremely poor service. Staff physically moves slowly and is poorly trained. When I was given a menu at breakfast time, waitress walked off before I could even ask for coffee. Then I was left to sit for 10 minutes before flagging someone down. Then had to ask someone again for the coffee and water to be brought to the table.

Best waffle I had ever in life !!! Crispy on the outside with freshly chopped strawberry and with perfect amount of sweetness , made my day . Definitely going again there 👌

I come to Le Pain Quotidien every morning, and Stephan, who presides over the counter like a maestro, is one of the paramount reasons why. As I grab my granola parfait, he's already pouring my coffee, and he kindly remembers I take it with skim milk. Bravo to Stephan for superlative service!

We had such a nice breakfast here, tasty and fresh!! And our waiter Murat just made the experience perfect as he was so helpful and so nice with us
