        Is anyone actually working the phones? Tried to find out about monthly rent and no one answers the phone - and no possibility to leave a voice message

        Lot doesn’t close at 11pm. I tried to go back to my car at 10:15pm after work and the garage was closed. I was able to get in when someone left but had to call an office to leave. I was told I’d have to wait for someone to drive to the location and let me out. Fortunately someone left the garage and I was able to follow them out but I imagine I would have had to pay $50 for someone to come let me out. Such a scam.
