        Recently, I had the opportunity to attend my first Barre class: I LOVED it! The staff (Katie and the instructors) were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I have definitely been motivated to continue attending Barre3 weekly. It's been a great way to assist in being a part of a fitness community as I adjust to life as a new resident in the DC area.         barre3 is by far the best, most effective workout I have ever done. I started going only occasionally when this studio opened, but over the last year have changed to going at least three times a week (postnatal). I can definitely say that I am now in the best shape of my life, the strongest I’ve ever been, and my muscles have actual definition. I love this studio. The instructors are phenomenal- my favorites personally are Kimberley, Lauren, Juliana, KQ, and Ashley. I am so lucky to have found this in my community, and hope others who are looking for something like this give it a try.
