        Don't know if people have changed over the last couple months at the location DC. I have to constantly call them to remind them that my medication is supposed to be delivered. I have to call them to make sure I get the right medication. I don't know what's going on with all of these pop-up pharmacies but customer service it's something they need to work on. Phone etiquette it's something they need to work on. there's only one saving Grace so far and I've not been with them along may not be with them longer is the delivery person.

        Very friendly and professional staff. They have also been very helpful in making sure my daughter's medication is available for refill since she cannot skip a dose. Thank you FlexCare!👍
