I first started working with Dr. Rosa a few months before my wedding. My goal was to lose a few pounds, look great in my dress, and generally increase my fitness level. Two years later, she has completely changed my life and my body. I train with Rosa -- online now, due to COVID -- 3 days a week. We do an incredible variety of exercises, from cardio to yoga to pilates to barre and everything in between. I don't believe we've ever done the same routine twice in all the time she's been training me. The value she adds is incredible and not something I could achieve on my own or through online exercise videos (which I do use to supplement my workouts). At age 46 I am fitter and better able to maintain a healthy weight than I was a decade ago -- even with fluctuating hormones. But most remarkably, I look forward to working out now, something I thought I would always merely tolerate to achieve a goal and maintain my health. I highly recommend Dr. Rosa to anyone who wants to start or maintain an exercise routine and get fit for the long term.
