Terrible! I called last week Friday and was told they had several colors of a part I need... Got there today and asked a guy that called himself the Manger, but had no idea where to look for the part, and left me sitting unhelpful for about 10 minutes. I think they were trying to scam me for a Trek 7000 700 C 135 mm Freewheel, rim..
Terrible. Immature and Unprofessional!

Keith and Quan rule. I've taken multiple bikes to them and they've really helped me out, including showing me how to do stuff myself when another shop might've gouged me. True bike heroes

Fantastic mechanics working miracles.
It ain't a bougie bike shop but that's part of the charm.
Easily my favorite shop in the DMV.
