A left wing political incubator camp for children. They use a bait and switch tactic, luring kids in with promises of fun outdoor activities, but ultimately engaging into the heated Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This movement started in Jerusalem as a quaint ideology that interfaith understanding is the key to solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. However it has morphed into a progressive leftist political activism camp for children in the USA, pioneered by people who have no connection to the Middle East. Their American headquarters are in Washington DC. After recruitment, select children are conditioned by staff and counselors at year round monthly meetings and through summer activities-turned-activism (K4P calls this “skill-buildingâ€). Upper level campers get to mold the incoming campers as well as directly engage in policy lobbying. This action is initially aimed at local issues, however the ultimate goal is for kids to foray into contentious Palestinian nation building and lobbying (K4P calls them “peace leadersâ€). Kids graduate to this level. They even fly in a Palestinian guy to places of worship to solicit children that fit their stated ideal target audience: open-minded teenagers. The curriculum developer for one U.S. town is not-coincidentally hostile towards and critical of only Israel. The international executive director is heavily involved in the Episcopalian church’s anti-Israel campaigns and policies. Due to their duplicitous nature and effective failures, their USAid grant was pulled and now they use the children to help solicit donor funds to cover the costs involved with running this program. Most donors are Americans and Israelis. Requests to name only one major Palestinian donor were not returned. Think of this camp as the next version of the college campus issue.
