        Extememly rude. Complained when they had to take off my gel nails and started picking at them with clippers used for the cuticles. When I complained she started using the file and if you get gel, you know that you need to use cotton and foil and wrap them. After I complained again she finally wrapped them. I just wanted to get out of there.
