The crew of Dex, Ian, Dalcarai, Ricky and Tyrone were great! In fact, communication with the entire company including Dominique, and Kieffer was awesome. The crew showed up on time, energetic and ready to go. They handled the furniture with care and worked with me to ensure items went wherever they needed to go. They cleaned the few wall markings that occurred when moving the big pieces and cleaned up when done. I have moved at least 6 times in ten years (including 2 international moves) and these guys are the best. Id use this company again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I asked them to move my things out of my apartment and into a storage unit at the start of the pandemic. About three years later I finally had the chance to come back to DC and clear out the unit. They were so incredibly professional the entire time. The movers did a great job wrapping everything up, keeping it safe, and logging EVERYTHING. They even sent pictures of the items! They stayed on the phone with me the entire time they were moving and kept me updated about it all. I called Dominque a handful of times about various items over the years and she was always so professional and helpful. When I coordinated my move out date, Dominique took care of everything and made sure I was not worried about a thing. When I came to move out, I met an absolute gem, Carlos. He was so quick to open everything up, helped me go through everything, and loaded whatever I needed onto the cars. We actually had a blast. The site manager Andre was also so helpful and professional. I cannot believe this insane move ended up being this seamless, but this has all been thanks to all the wonderful staff at Gentle Giant. And all this was WAY cheaper than the other options! Thanks guys for the wonderful service!

Gentle Giant provided an excellent experience for my move. They were easy to work with prior to the move date and the movers they sent were fast, professional, and willing to help move stuff around to where I wanted it in the new place. The price was very reasonable. I highly reccomend them.

Today we had the very good fortune of having Donny V., Erick R., and Aurimas of the Gentle Giant crew come and help us with "part 1" of our move. They were simply fabulous. They took the same care of our belongings as we would have, if we were in half as good shape as they are, and they were thoughtful , thorough, and great communicators during the entire process. As today was only act one of a multipart move we are hoping we are lucky enough to have them back again for round two. But if that doesn't happen we know we will still be in great hands, as we have had nothing but wonderful interactions and service from Gentle Giant from the beginning of this project, starting with Krystal and everyone else through to today. We'd recommend them for your move, 100%.
