        I used to be an employee at UHC, and not only was it a great experience working at Unity, the patient care is OUTSTANDING! At first I had medicaid, then an HMO, and now a PPO and was never treated any differently. With Medicaid, I was treated with excellent and professional service, as I receive the same treatment with Arena PPO. Yes, I could go elsewhere, but why? I'm comfortable with the staff and honestly, I don't think I could go anywhere else and receive the quality of Customer Care that Unity offers. My opinion, UHC gets 5 stars from me. Way to go Unity!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
