        No psychiatrist available at all, cant get pre-authorization. If your life litterally depends on your medication, THIS IS NOT THE CLINIC FOR YOU!

        I have never encountered such awful customer support. I advise against anyone coming in on a walk-in basis. The way they operate is unclear. For unclear reasons, people may occasionally take advantage of you by calling them first. My son was ill, and I have to wait for about three hours. That is entirely unfair.

        The people at the walk in clinic definitely need more training when it comes to customer service. The moment you walk in their negativity makes you feel even worse than how you physically feel. The Hispanic looking lady with red, short, wavy/curly hair that was working on Friday afternoon on 4/5/24 was so rude from the moment we stepped in. She was like that with everyone in the room (even though people were being nice). Something that made me more upset was that there was a patient, an old Hispanic lady, that was simply trying to ask a question and she didnt even address her question and simply dismissed her; saying to her and everyone else that we needed to write our names down and not go straight in front of their faces. Then she proceeded to complain to her colleague about how people get confused and think that the clinic is an ER. Most of the front desk people that are Hispanic are very rude at upper Cardozo (no matter which side you are in) and this definitely needs to be evaluated.
