Worst lab clinic ever. Each person waiting in line takes 20-30 minutes. They switched systems and now no one knows how to do anything. I watched a woman wait here with her young child for over an hour and leave. Just go to Joint Base Andrew's.

Walked in and told them of my foot issue and got an appointment literally an hour laterI cant remember the SSgt at the counters name but she was VERY helpful. My foots healed since then and was able to get a profile the following day, thank you all!

LT Hall (PA), and her team are amazing. They have taken such good care of me and are really attentive to my needs! I am prepping for a surgery and there are all these minute details and results that I have needed. I have ran them ragged and they are always the utmost professional and patient with me. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Called immunizations multiple days in a row. No answers and no returned calls after leaving messages. Appointment line said I could just walk in, but after taking off work to go in, immunizations told me they only do specific vaccinations on specific days and that I would have to come back. The tech clearly didn't care or empathize. Very frustrating.
