I highly recommend Upco Locksmith. They arrived right when they said they would. They communciated clearly what work needed to be done. They had to go back to their shop to prepare the locks and returned when they predicted. There were no surprises and the price was extremely reasonable. They were very friendly to work with. We were grateful for their help.

I've used Upco to install smart locks in two different homes, he was super responsive, helpful in picking out a lock and explaining the differences, and did an amazing job - fast, reasonably priced and very impressed with his work! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith!

Upco Lock & Safe are an awesome local business. I have listened to podcasts about how the locksmith industry can be really scamey so when I knew I needed to get new locks at my house I was worried the process would be frustrating. I went with Upco because they are local and have been in business for ages. They were completely professional, extremely easy to schedule and coordinate with, and did the job quickly and smoothly. Have worked with them twice and will continue to do so every time I need locksmith services in DC. Highly recommend.
