WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DISRESPECTFUL I walked in today trying to get a tofu bowl, but wanted to switch out my base for spinach or kale not lettuce. The worker proceeds to tell me she cant do that and talks over me taking the next customers order. I told her I could pay extra but she ignored me, I then went to the cashier and asked the same thing.. can i switch out my base.. She referred me back to the line worker who then got loud with me.. trying to explain why she couldn't do so? And Im standing their confused? and asking but WHY. They BOTH proceed to laugh in my face and stop talking. I asked one more time why this simple request could not be done and they again continued to laugh. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. VERY POOR/ 0/10. Just sucks cause I was looking forward to trying the tofu bowl but this will never AGAIN!!!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Quick ,delicicous and.healthy meals. Reasonable prices . We just arrived for the cherry blossoms festival and were starving, this place.was the good choice to fill us up. Not too crowded and service was quick.

The food was really good however the service was really really bad. The lady serving the food was so arrogant and disrespectful towards me and my family. She even yelled at me. I would recommend but this was just not cool
