        The people at Schwab, either on the phone, if you need technical help, or in the Bethesda office are so nice, competent and helpful. I'm so glad I chose to open my online account with Schwab.

        Probably the worst online brokerage service we've ever encountered.  We were forced to transfer from USAA when they sold their brokerage to Schwab.  Schwab didn't take any time to educate or inform the new USAA members on how the accounts work or what the requirements were.  It has been a daily struggle dealing with their customer service teams.  The information provided on the desktop version isn't fully available on the mobile version either.  Save your money and go to another online broker.
