        The customer service representative that I dealt with when my father died had all the warmth and personality of a cactus. You would think someone working with people who have lost a loved one could show an ounce of compassion or professionalism, but you'd be wrong. She was very rude, abrupt, and getting her to answer my questions was like pulling teeth. It's not something a family member needs to deal with at a time like that.
