After getting fed up with the awful customer service, I decided to terminate my Allstate coverage and find another carrier. I called the office and was told to reach out to another phone number to cancel my policy. When I reached out to the contact, she gave me instruction on how to terminate my policy. She also asked me in the most rude and disrespectful tone, why was I terminating my policy. I was honest with her and told her that their customer service was unprofessional and she responded with "OH." I emailed the contact my documents to prove coverage with another carrier and asked her questions regarding my renters and roadside assistance cancelation. She never responded. I then called the office and they told me to reach out to her again, and they provided me with her cell phone number. I called her and asked her if my policy had been terminated. She responded that she did not know, and she thought so. I told her that was not good enough of a response and I needed to know. She then said she would reach out to her office. Finally she called me back and told me the policy would be cancelled and that I should receive a confirmation email. I never received the email! I reached out to her again, because the Allstate website shows my renters policy is not cancelled. She has yet to respond to any of my emails. This place has the most awful customer service I have ever experienced.
