The room was decently good however the bathroom washbasin was not draining water properly and made it very difficult to freshen up in the morning. I had to wait in between for the water to drain which was frustrating.
There was a lot of confusions about the package we booked, it seems the front desk people didnt know about it clearly and it took a lot of time to clarify that, thankfully it all worked out in the end, also they handled everything decently.

The woman at the front desk who is the manager but wont tell people her name is abjectly terrible. I had a business reservation and she barely acknowledged me through a check in process that took over an hour. Ive never had a worse experience at a hotel. The hotel is disgusting and old. Its dank and cavernous. Do not stay here.

Shower didn't work, leaked complimentary shampoo and conditioner were empty the bed sheets dirty not stained room smelled like sewage had to go buy air freshener check in time was 330 my room was not ready or available till after 630 before I could go to my room no offer to up grade or anything after the long wait says it's close to the museums and the mall downtown DC it's over a mile away Uber ride was 26 dollars a very bad experience in this hotel not worth the money or the time

My experience at this hotel started off pretty bad. I checked in, was given the keys, walked up to the room, unlocked the door, and there was a shirtless man staring at me. It was an extremely awkward moment for me and the people in the room. The front desk claimed the room should have been empty, so they called security. I'm not sure if the man was a customer or not, but this entire incident made me concerned for my safety. Then they had a difficult time finding me another room with a king bed. I took extra precautions in my new room. Awful experience that I'll never forget. If this wasn't a work trip, I would have found a different hotel.
