We arrived in D.C. on Saturday 3/23. I found out on Monday morning that my recent knee pain was a torn meniscus! I contacted Scooterplus on Monday morning, and before Noon they had a sit down scooter delivered to my hotel! Total lifesaver while we were in town! It saved me additional wear and tear on my knee AND gave me the ability to enjoy our vacation with my family. Super easy and quick delivery! I highly recommend them. A+++

My husband bought a wheelchair from Mobility Wheels, the local vendor with Lenox, on Oct 24th. Tonna, the salesman, told him that if the chair was returned in 24 hours it would be accepted with a 20% restocking fee. My husband agreed to this. The next morning the wheelchair was returned and Tonna signed a receipt indicating that a partial refund was due. (see photo) This refund never appeared on our credit card. My husb. and I called Tonna three times over the month of Nov. Each time he said he'd find out what was going on. I even wrote directly to Lenox on their website. No response from them. The bank is now handling this because a refund was never issued.

I have rented scooters on several occasions and each time the personnel have been exceptional. The scooters have been delivered on time and in great condition. The whole process is so easy.

Chris was extremely helpful! I needed a wheelchair urgently and he went out of his way to help me and got approval from my insurance and organized for me to pickup the wheelchair within an hour. His customer service was truly outstanding!
