Smile Direct Club

This review is not for this specific location but for SDC since theres no other way to. I had to wait an extremely long time to chat with an agent, who did not really understand US states (told me to go to a smileshop in Dallas TX, and then Seattle WA), and after 15-20 minutes still fail to locate this specific location. So obviously the system is problematic. Then, the agent just left the chat before scheduling an appointment for me to come in for a touch up, as Im not happy with my result yet after 4 months. So I will just show up to this shop tomorrow and hope someone will take me without an appointment because it was impossible to get one. If seen this review in time, I hope the manager sees my name here and accepts me. Will definitely update this review after that. In short, if you are a busy person and tend to be anxious (we all are), I dont really recommend SDC because your anxiety would be through the roof. I mean, spending $2,000 without hearing back? Hell nah.

I love the do it from home experience, but at the same time customer service is below zero. Email call numerous times about the same issue there will be no contiguous follow up or tracking. Agents are clueless. Huge detachment between patient and provider/treatment plan

Great customer service. Pablo made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my question so I would fully understand the process. I can't wait to start my teeth straightening journey!
