The phone number doesn't work and when you sign up for a Covid test, it makes it sound like they have a drive through testing. There isn't any parking so good luck finding it.

Maybe they updated their signage since all these negative reviews about the instructions being unclear, but it was quick and easy. For those wondering what it’s like in detail: The signs say to come inside, you wait in line (check the lane number on your confirmation). Then you are called to a booth where you are asked for information so they can verify your identity, then you give them your insurance card and ID, they give you a swab and you have to wiggle it around in each nostril for 15 seconds each. You give the swab back and take a sheet with instructions for getting your result. 50 minutes later I received an email with my status. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great testing facility.

Review of COVID testing site. If you are getting tested, GO INSIDE... DO NOT WAIT FOR A CALL PER INSTRUCTIONS. I patiently waited for them to call as instructed in the email confirmation of my appointment. Then after 15 minutes I tried calling but there is no phone number. The door was locked so I knocked and the nurse was very rude and said I couldn't be seen because it was past my appointment time, that they were in BREAK(!) now and couldn't test me. I'd have to schedule another appointment on their website...and of course there are no more for today. This is complete incompetence on CVS's part! I understand the stress our nurses are under but that is no way to treat a patient. If you can get tested somewhere else, I woukd recommend staying away from this place.

If you want a COVID test, find somewhere else. As another reviewer wrote, the instructions said to wait to be called in. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I then waited an additional hour, seeing only two other people go inside ahead of me in that time. I tried calling to see if maybe there was a technical error and my appointment wasn't showing on their schedule, but the number is out of service! Unacceptable. Don't waste your time.
