If there was an option for no stars I would put it. This place is beyond unprofessional. As the previous reviewer stated, this center lacks the professionalism, cleanliness, security and monitoring for children. Additionally, it lacks the quality of childcare it agreed to have when forming a business. My son had not been there a month before I withdrew him. I picked him up from the daycare where he received a gash from the center. When I reported it to the center, there wasn't an employee in sight that could tell me what happened. And, to make matters worse, they put my child down while he was in pain for a nap without an incident report being written or a telephone call made to us as his parents. I am beyond outraged. Every time I pick him up there isn't a consistency of workers. The employees look disgruntled and God knows what they do to the infants that "aren't listening." I pulled my child out of this center immediately. I feel so bad because when I or my husband would drop him, he would kick and scream and feel like it was truly the end of the world. I should have trusted my instincts and listened to my child. He was communicating that this center is a very bad place. To any parents considering this place don't. To the parents that have children here, withdraw them; listen to your children. Lastly, what made me mad too was that when my son would spill on himself they never changed him with the clothes I provided. They would send him home with the soiled clothes on looking disheveled. RUN AWAY from this place. This business needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY!

We've had our two children at Bright Future for the last two years and I was surprised to notice the negative reviews below. I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but ours has been positive. The center is well-run and the lines of communication are always open -- the director is very quick to respond to emails, which is hard to find at a lot of childcare centers! The providers are patient and kind, and there has not been much turnover at all in the two years we've been there. Our oldest started preschool this year and he's doing great; I think we have his Bright Future teachers to thank for getting him ready for school.
