They have the worst customer service, they out source to the Philippine and they barely understand the value of what you are saying to them, I was hung up on. And when I keep telling them I want to close my acct. and to send my a check for the deal buck I have, I got nothing but silence. I am very good about reading the fine print and on this voucher and I didn't see expiration date of a month. I didn't even get a month to use before it expired and then they don't want to refund my money. I will not use living social ever again because I think in my opinion it is a rip off in this particular case.

Very pleased with HB Media Solutions . It has been wonderful seeing all my memories on DVD. This company was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

If anything goes wrong, you will find them impossible to contact. No matter what time you call, you are advised of "unusual call volume" and a wait of 40 minutes to speak to customer service. Based on my experience, they don't do a responsible job of vetting their vendors.
