Great high-end, edgy European clothing albeit expensive. Great fabrics and designs. Went to the dc store and its a nice layout with a solid selection of men’s clothing. Had a few things on sale (thank god!). Great service. I may be back lol.

I am very familiar with the brand, its products, and Z&V stores in Europe and New York. If you can, don't go to the Palmer Alley' store. Buy online. Everywhere else, the staff is there for you (you have a problem with a piece: they will fix it; there is a 20% online: they will do it too) Here, the answer is simply: there is nothing we can do (meaning: we don't care, it's your problem.) The managers seem to think that we are doing them a favor just by being there, and buying their clothes. This is the wrong attitude, and they should start thinking about the consequences in the long run.

Went near closing on a Friday. Got a ZEG beanie, cologne, watch and scarf....for just tad over $500. Two girls helped me , they seemed a tad fatigued from long day, but both were good helpers so I dont know what the previous comments regarding employees were about. Liked helpers,,,,,liked shop!!
