Continually slow service at high prices. Tracking online is a joke. UPS and FedEx quality is better at a slightly higher price.

USPS is terrible. Lost ~400$ worth of items. And they aint doing enough about it. Just gave me a shred of the box saying sorry

Don't ever try to use the robot woman on the phone. My package has been in transit for 5 days with no updates. The online system tells you you cant report it as missing until march 3rd which was 4 days ago. Anyway the woman just talks nonsense doesn't help and hangs up on you, oh and wont recognize your tracking number no matter how many times you input it correctly. If she doesn't hang up on you it gives you a point survey that makes it seem like it did help. "How many times did the phone service help you" it start at the number 1. Well I've called multiple times but you haven't helped me at all but for some reason you don't accept zero as an answer. Honestly I would pay the extra to use any service that isn't usps so that I never have to deal with the robot again. No other place to really post this review to warn other about the inadequate service not provided by this terrible system.

You are the most useless company period. I can honestly say I'd rather drive days at a time to pick up my package instead of using your worthless company again... Why is my tax money paying for a company that is supposedly using sorting equipment which obviously is worse at sorting than a 3 year old? Why is it apparently more efficient to send a package more than 5 hours away when my local distribution center is only 3 hours? Why do packages sit idle for days without moving from one location? You can't use the excuse that you're waiting for there to be enough to make the trip worth it when I live in the 3rd largest city by population in my state and I know I can safely bet my life that there's definitely hundreds of packages alone going to the same city in a day! I'll never have a package sent through you lazy people again and I'd rather spend $200 on a single package if it meant your company wouldn't be involved with it in any way.... No wonder your company is failing... USPS is the biggest joke in existence

I sent presents to my family in advance on October 20,2023.
My mothers and brothers birthdays were on December 4th.
My sisters birthday was January 1st.
My little boys birthday was January 8th. His birthday and Christmas presents from me have not been delivered.
Everyone I love and miss so much has never gotten their presents neither on birthdays nor Christmas.
I called every week and USPS employees saw that my parcel went back and forth between NY and Chicago in circles seven times but nothing was done to fix it.
They ruined Christmas, they broke my heart, they damaged my health.
USPS has thousands of employees why?
No one paid any attention that a package had been looping.
No one worked on my inquiry until December 13 even though I filed it on November 17.
After inquiry, my parcel made another circle snd was returned in the terrible condition on 01/11/24. Almost two months after inquiry and three months after they got it from me. Presents were damaged, but still it was better than lost.
I had to put everything into another box, I removed broken chocolate and damaged toy.
They gave me money order order for delivery amount only, so I also have to spend extra time which I dont have to go to Bank to get at list some money back, because I had to pay again for my second try to send what was still safe to my family. No recover for damaged parcel, failure to deliver, ruined Christmas, pain and suffer.
Im not a rich person. I've been collecting the parcel for my family for over a year working 96 hours a week or more.
I send it in advance. All birthdays have passed and Christmas ruined. I lost money, time, calmness, health and no one is liable for negligence. It doesnt sound fair.
They dont have any explanation why it happened. It means, it can happen again.
Im grateful for finding my package at least by ordinary employees, but the whole system that let it happen is wrong, and I believe that Mr. Louis DeJoy should be liable for poor organisation, my damages and suffer.
I repacked my parcel and resend it to my family. This time it was delivered in a month but so damaged. How can you charge for THIS? Is this high-quality USPS service?
