I hired them since we hadn't had our vents cleaned in a long time. I'm glad I did! Throughout the process, they were open and honest with one other. They arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do before they started, and demonstrated what they were doing and why they were doing it. I'll definitely give them a call when it's time for our next cleaning.

Because our vents seemed to have asbestos insulation, they were professional, arrived on time, and employed a safer, gentler cleaning approach. They took the time to explain each stage of the procedure to me so that I could understand how our furnace functioned. We needed assistance with duct cleaning. We contacted and was given a three-day appointment. They performed a great job with our ducts, so that's a plus. They went through everything with me and recommended a few improvements for the future. I am quite pleased with their service.

The team was very careful to protect my carpet and furnace, and they did an excellent job cleaning all vents for two stories without being asked. They even cleaned my dirty dryer vent and assisted in cutting and shortening the vent duct to minimise dirt vent at the junction. Thanks to clear thumb, the air is once again fresh!
