Online menu only that requires you to pay and tip before youve even received service. One of the servers was genuinely rude to us completely unprovoked, the rest were just nonchalant. Dishes came out 20 minutes apart and we had to steal silverware from another table because servers never came by. Food was decent, so was the beer, but I wont be coming back.

Stopped by for lunch on a quick trip to DC. I hadnt been here since pre-pandemic. I was hoping that the beer was still creative and tasty and i wasnt disappointed. I was glad that I could order small pours, so I could try a few. The menu is still extensive. I had no trouble with online ordering and everything came out quickly. I liked being able to get my order in the second I sat down.

I had the spicy cold cut sandwich side salad and tots. Always a solid spot and the beers rotate regularly.

Food good, beer great, staff/manager terrible. Had reservation and asked to be moved to a different table (too small). Was told all the many (at least 8-12) empty tables are reserved. Had drinks, apps, meal and the whole time, nobody showed up for those reserved tables. We had to rush to eat our food in the meantime due to the size of the tiny table. Addressed this with the manager and she could not care less. She gave a vague apology, said she just got there and if she was there she would have us no issue with us moving tables and that we should have put in our reservation request that we want a booth. Its a shame I added a tip before the meal even got brought out. Suggestion: bring cash to tip after the fact instead of tipping as you digitally put your meal in (no waiters/waitresses at this place) in case your service was trash. Addendum: Upper management reached out to make things right. I commend them for this.
