If human were perfect I would this people are perfect, cuz the level of treatment I got from this salon is superb. I'll want to go there over and over. Their efficiency is a topnotch and dexterity is second to non. I recommended them to all my friends with dreadlocks, and their experience is quite satisfactory and laden with manifold appreciation. Thanks again I can't wait to be there again.

They don't know how to do everything. They don't know how to twist without plating it first. That is so ugly

I came here to get my hair braided. I asked for knotless braids and even showed them a picture as reference, and ended up leaving with a head full of super tight micro braids. They were not knotless and the braides were super heavy. The braids also did not fit into a ponytail. The hair was stiff and had no flow. I took my hair down immediately when I got home. I paid $350. Total waste. I would appreciate it if salons and beauticians are honest about their skills. Although I requested a refund, I did not receive one and was asked to remove my first review since they were black owned. I did so out of empathy and came back to re-write my review because no one gets a pass for being black owned. Business is business. Coming here was a waste of money and I did not receive the service that I asked for. Customer service could've also been better.
