ATM Works. Must Authenticate using an actual SIM based cell phone where they text you a code.
Exchange rate is high as with all BTC ATMs. If you want $300 in BTC you need to put in roughly $380.
Was a little concerned after I inserted bills into the machine, it would night and does not have the ability to provide a paper receipt only a email receipt as an option Meaning you leave the ATM with no proof of the transaction or inserting money.
I only bring this up because it actually took about 20 minutes for the transaction to show in my wallet, whereas when I use other bitcoin ATMs the transaction appears immediately or within a minute and also provides a paper receipt. So for a while I was a bit worried that I would not get my coins and had no way to prove I had funded the account.
But the coins eventually did come, so in the end it works as it should despite the limitations of a receipt and slow delivery time.
Also, not in the best neighborhood, so I would be wary and careful carrying any large amount of cash into the building, which is an Exxon gas station on the corner of a very high crime area.
