I cant recommend this shop more highly! The appointment process was easy, the communication was timely and seamless, and Chris was an outstanding Service Rep. They did quality work at a fair price, and exceeded expectations on time.

I have been going to 10th Street Automotive for years and have usually had a very positive experience with their professional team. I trust their expertise and judgement which is important since I dont know much about car maintenance. However, the four star is due to a recent experience. A sound started coming from my car after they replaced my break pads. They were responsive but they couldnt figure out the cause of the sound for quite some time. They were willing to have it back in the shop several times and tried different things, even replacing the break pads again. It was definitely frustrating that it took a several months and a bad review for them to figure it out but I also appreciate that they ultimately took it seriously and were willing to take responsibility for figuring it out. In the end they did and all seems to be running smoothly.

I had a great experience here. I had never brought my car into a shop before by myself and was worried about being taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. I had originally went to the Audi dealership for a quote to get my brakes fixed and it was extremely expensive. However, when I called 10th Street Auto I was told I could get a free evaluation and estimate of the cost/what was wrong with my car. I brought it in that morning and maybe an hour later I had an estimate of the damage of what needed to be fixed right away and what should be fixed as soon as possible as well as the cost. I spoke with Mike and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process and gave detailed descriptions and photos to what exactly was wrong with the car. The cost was several thousand less than what Audi had quoted me. I gave the go ahead and my car was finished that afternoon. I picked it up at the end of the day and the only reason it took the full day for me to get it back was my own schedule. This was a great shop and I highly recommend going here, and I definitely plan on going back.
