This location has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced at a Busboys & Poets location. A friend and I were leaving a class and decided to do half off Burger Monday. We didn't want to have to wait, so we "TRIED" to order ahead. The online order app was apparently down. When we arrived, we tried to use the limited contact ordering kiosk. Again, it was down. We went to the bar to order takeout only to be met with the lack luster low energy service of Neil. We ordered take out and 2 drinks while we waited. Neil handed us off to a bartender that did not know how to make the drinks on the menu which caused an additional wait while he looked for the recipe book and didn't know where the ingredients were located behind the bar. Once the drinks arrived, they were fine. As we drink, we see people seated get their orders, food delivery drivers come and go picking up orders, people leave. We finally reconnected to Neil and inquired what's taking so long, only to find out he sat our order with the delivery order and it had been ready. Here's where it gets worse. My wallet was stolen. Someone charged their order to one of my credit cards. I call back up there to see if they've at least found my wallet. This is when I find out lackluster Neil is the manager. He tells me he is going to check the cameras and call me in the morning. I have yet to hear from Neil. Theft can happen anywhere, but if you say you're going to do something to follow up on something as serious as theft in your establishment, at least do it. I was thinking of hosting an event there, but now I'll find a place more service focused.
