The food was ill-prepared, very loud, not efficient, not enough wait staff. However, the on duty manager did everything she could to please us. Probably will not return. Restaurant is in trouble. It needs a visit from Gordon Ramsey!!

Chose Nage out of convenience. Mistake. $61 for chewy and bland sirlion steak, watery (and bland) mashed potatoes- really reminded me of the grits I once had at my grandma's retirement village- with roasted broccoli (decent). I asked for some warm bread, but was told that they don't really do bread. Credit to server for asking, and that resulted in some toasted bread spears. Butter apparently was not on the bread menu. I also had a house salad which was filled with a bunch of stuff and seemed adequately fresh- however with so many different things mixed in it was the flavor equivalent of a 6 y.o. blending every color possible on his water art. Dining room was clean and fresh. Server was as "meh" as possible. Not rude, just there. Probably what I should've expected from a hotel restaurant. Would only eat there again if I was short on other options (as in none). Walked by a fried chicken chain on way back to hotel and regretted not having gotten a bucket of chicken instead of Nage's.
