They are very professional and helpful. I fill my cat's medications here, as this is the closest compounding pharmacy to me (25-30 minute drive). When I filled 2 months of the prescription last time, there was a problem with one syringe that made it unusable. I told the pharmacy about it when I submitted the refill request, and they refilled a 40-day supply at their own cost, saying let's check and see if the med can stay stable that long so I don't have to drive out to the pharmacy as often. I really appreciate how thoughtful they are and how easy it is to get in touch with and communicate with them.
