Patient of 7 years. Wouldn't recommend. The office is unreachable by phone and online, which prevents patients from getting good care. The office staff and their leadership aren't professionals. They use a telehealth software called Vsee which is super unreliable and outdated. Pretty awful.

The doctor we work with Dr. P is amazing and caring all the way around! However, The billing practices at this facility are poor to say the least. My credit card was charged 80 dollars out of the blue without any explanation in the middle of a week when we had not even scheduled to be there. I called 3 times and left messages without any call back. I also sent a message through the patient portal and did not hear back from anyone. Avoid putting your credit card on file with a place like this as you may be fraudulently charged as I was.

My therapist was on their phone for most of our sessions and the billing practices make me want to scream. I was charged for sessions almost a year after I left the practice and am still trying to get the billing issue cleared up but they won't return my calls or give me any answers. DO NOT GO HERE, find a different therapy office that will actually help you and not make your problems worse.

so nice and kind people work there, and Jennie Lowe is my therapist, she is wonderful.
