Its all about your $$ here even when you pay on time!!! The lesson I learned is make sure your insurance covers all procedures even those pertaining to the HEART because if you didnt have heart trouble before once you get the BILL you will have HEART trouble!!

Run, dont walk, away from this practice. Horribly rude and unprofessional front desk. Cant even get them to give Dr. Manfield a note about a medication or have one of the Nurse practioner/ PAs call to answer questions. Told I must make an appointment but they cant see me for 2 months. Not helpful with a current medication issue. Find yourself another doctor.

I called to set up a much needed appt and was told since I did not go there for 3yrs I was no longer a patient and new patients were getting accepted in Jan/23. I Mentoned I had serious trauma to my back and side and needed an exam to see if I needed a referral to a specialist, they said Jan/23. I asked for a referral to another general Dr. and was told no, they don't know anyone taking patients. Hope I make it to Jan/23

When you need them the most, the nurse practitioner NEVER returns my call. The receptionist are overworked. The one receptionist that I called asking for my medical records told me I would not receive them for several weeks. When I asked her why so long, she started yelling at me. I told her to calm down at that point she said switched me over to another receptionist. I asked her instead of faxing it if I could just pick it up. She yelled at me and told me there are others in front of me This office is out of control with no organizational skills and the nurse practitioner do not call you back even when you are in pain. Will find another physician
