Top to bottom, I had a phenomenal experience with Michael and Indulgence. Michael made himself readily available and said from day one he would make this special. He certainly did. From the initial meeting, to sending and sharing ideas, to finalizing the ring.. it was an easy process on my end. The ring was exactly what she hoped for and we got to enjoy and celebrate in Key Largo, FL. Can't thank Michael and Indulgence enough for their personal connection and service.

Michael truly is the best there is. We knew we were going to him from the start and he still exceeded our expectations. I have never seen my fianc happier than when she looks at her ring. Everyday she tells me how much she loves it. I am so thankful for how much time and effort Michael put into getting the perfect ring. He took the time to walk us through all the steps that goes into selecting a ring. He made her feel comfortable and confident in her decision. He explained everything to us in detail and we knew he had our best interest in mind. I really dont know if there is anyone out there that could possibly be better than Michael. He gave my fianc the most perfect ring imaginable. He is truly one of a kind and I will be recommending him to everyone I talk to to him.
