Went to several other jewelry stores and this was by far the best experience hands down. Lauren made the whole process of buying an engagement ring easy. The prices here can't be beat, and the quality of their products are amazing. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Kao Jewelers, and I couldn't be more pleased. Lauren was very professional and willing to show my fiance and I any variety of engagement ring style as we tried to narrow our selection. Once the style was agreed upon, including some customization, crafting the ring was seamless and quick. I am simply overjoyed with how the ring turned out. My experience at Kao Jewelers was amazing! Lauren was great to work with, she helped me out with an engagement ring and another special project. She was excellent, and the ring and necklaces I ended up getting are beautiful. I would definitely suggest using Lauren in the future if you are looking for an experienced jeweler! You won’t regret it!
