Gerald Penrose: Allstate Insurance

I signed up with Gerald Penrose several years ago. Then I got a mortgage from State Farm which required me to buy insurance from them. I was sorry to leave Allstate. A few years later, SF sold my mortgage and I went right back to Gerald Penrose, where I expect to remain. Thank you, Allstate and Gerry Penrose.

I am very happy with this payment milage plan. I work from home. I am older and don't go anywhere so this is a great way to save!!

Easy to get an appointment. Down to earth people who understand everyday life and what life throws at an individual. This insurance company seriously has my best interest at heart. It was about my needs and what would work best for me. During the process of getting set up they explained everything on every crazy question I ( ding bat) had. Even today, If I have a question I can send an email only to get a quick response during the week or first thing Monday; maybe Tuesday if a vacation or holiday? I can call too. I havent had to wait forever in hold, like my old insurance company. On top of that I get the app which is a bit easier to use than my old companys. After I think 6 months my rate went down; I would say I scored big switch to this guys place.
